Wonderful Family Experience with Attentive Staff
Our family had an amazing stay in a Two-Bedroom Villa Balcony, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made every moment special, especially during our daughter's birthday. The heated pools were perfect for the kids, and we enjoyed many delicious meals on-site, particularly the s'mores activity that was a hit with everyone. One downside was that some dining options could feel a bit pricey, but the quality was worth it.

The pools were awesome and the Kids FUN Center kept my children entertained every day. We loved the fire pits for S'mores!

The villas are perfect for families, offering a fun spot to splash with the kids at the Recreation Pool. We loved the convenience of having a spacious one-bedroom villa with a fully equipped kitchen, letting us enjoy family meals together. Plus, the shuttle service to Kierland Commons was a great bonus after a day in the sun.
My kids wished for better noise control in the villa, especially with the washer/dryer and garbage disposal creating a racket.

Just a solid selection for a fleeting moment in Scottsdale with incredible value for money. The servers brought complimentary water at the pool, which was a nice touch. A quiet pool area is perfect for relaxation.

Had an amazing time with friends at the villas! We enjoyed golf with stunning views of Camelback and McDowell Mountain. The Recreation Pool was fantastic for relaxing and splashing around. Lots to do, making our stay truly unforgettable. Also, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had what we needed.
We did have a hiccup with room cleaning. It wasn’t done when we returned around 3 PM, and it wasn’t up to standard when it was finally completed.

missingWrote a review on Mar 26high standard villaexcellent shuttle servicechilly weatherisolated locationdisconnected atmosphere
The premier villa overlooking the golf course offered a high standard of comfort, and the well-kept communal areas were a treat. However, the chilly weather in early February limited outdoor enjoyment. While the shuttle service was excellent, the villas felt isolated, making it necessary to return to the main hotel for a livelier atmosphere. Despite the lovely staff and decent light snacks, the overall experience felt somewhat disconnected, leading to a preference for staying in the main hotel next time.

I loved the stunning location at Westin Kierland Villas. The access to the lazy river at the Westin Resort was fantastic, and the quiet pool area felt very serene. The one-bedroom villa we stayed in was quite small, which was a bit surprising, but the king bed was comfy. The kitchen made things a lot easier, adding great value to our stay. I was disappointed with the hot tub, as it lacked warmth on one of the cooler days. I appreciated the modern amenities, like the flat-screen TV and laundry facilities, but the pull-out couch wasn't very comfortable.
